Our stay at the Legian was remarkable. To be fair, I have stayed at multiple 5 star rated resorts in the US and Caribbean and our experience here blew the others away. We actually ended up extending our stay by another two nights because we didn't want to leave. If you are able, I absolutely recommend staying in one of the private villas. Wonderfully maintained hotel. Large property with many 4-unit Lanais. Nice pool and ocean front beach setting. The hotel hosts cultural dances nearly every evening and has local artists on site selling their work. The gift shop is very competitively priced with a classy selection of local items. Good restaurant with many Indonesian themed dinners. Overall it is the class and service one would expect of Oberoi.
Would recommend garden room at minimum. Extra price not much and worth the minimal price difference. Let’s you have a much nicer experience when in the room itself or taking advantage of the spacious terrace or exposed shower. Otherwise you are facing other buildings or parking lots.

Great stay. My wife enjoyed her spa. The family enjoyed the private pool. The service was very accommodating made the room more comfy, new pillows and foam padding, when my wife said she struggled to fall a sleep.

Had a FANTASTIC stay at Sienna Villas. The staff goes above in beyond at every turn! The two bedroom villa with private pool was BEAUTIFUL. There are PLENTY stores and restaurants down the corridor on the Main Street and a grocery store as well. Highly recommend.

Great staff! Came in a little early but they had a room to check me in plus were giving free orange juices out to incoming guests. Staff was great from front desk to restaurant to cleaning and engineering. Had a glitch with the free WiFi that was cleared up in a heartbeat. Everyone always smiling and welcoming. Really nice pool, excellent bed and pillows, and nice amenities including free bottled waters. Located not far from the heart of Seminyak and very close to the beach. An excellent stay.
