La struttura va bene ,il personale gentilissimo, la colazione sufficiente. Il problema sta in Hotels.com che non segnala in modo chiaro che questo più che un hotel è un residence che assicura la presenza del personale solamente fino alle 13, per cui arrivando dopo tutto viene gestito telefonicamente . Il personale collabora , ma in caso di necessità nella struttura fisicamente non è presente nessuno

La stanza e il bagno molto puliti, l'arredo nuovo. Il parcheggio comodissimo. La stazione ferroviaria vicina ( 8 min a piedi) i treni in transito non danno fastidio perché le finestre hanno il doppio vetro. Unico disagio è stato l'orario della colazione che inizia alle ore 8, per le nostre esigenze è un po' tardi. Per il resto tutto benissimo.

Albergo comodo per arrivare in auto e a circa 15 minuti a piedi dal centro storico. Stanza grande e ben arredata. La ferrovia passa accanto, ma con le finestre chiuse non ho avvertito molto rumore.

Albergo in una zona strategica per muoversi a piedi, solo a pochi minuti infatti per raggiungere il centro storico di Sarzana pieno di negozi originali e molti ristoranti. Parcheggio davanti l'hotel, ma pubblico e con posti limitati. Pulizia della camera e bagno ottima, personale gentile e alla mano. Colazione nella media, mini cornetti, vuoti o ripieni, surgelati e riscaldati al momento, caffè, cappuccino, succhi delle macchinette, yogurt, marmellatine, nutelline, se si vuole il salato possibilità di prepararsi toast. Nota molto positiva i thè in bustina biologici.
