The location can not be better. Out the front door to the right is the Coloseum. Nice big bed with a foam mattress. Pillows were decent. This is week 4 of 5 for us and we have seen it all. The only challenges we had is that the room is small with no where to really unpack. No ledge in the bathroom for your travel kit. There was one small cupboard in our room for clothes, so we lived out of our suitcases. That is challenging. Staff were great. Helpful with direction. This is around a 12 minute walk from the metro line. We taxied from the train station to the hotel and were charged 45.00 euros. Its about one mile. Stupid us. It was raining. Metro back to the train station to travel to Florence 2.00 euro each.

Absolute gem! Cannot say enough good things about this place. We had a rough start when we landed in Rome and by the time we arrived to the place, we were a bit frazzled and got turned around in trying to find the location. Michael was so kind; he found us, and helped get to the right place. And Valeria is amazing and made us feel so welcome which put us at ease, and spoiled my wife a bit which was fun! Michael helped us with our bags to the room and got us squared away. Our location is two blocks the Colosseum and near several places to eat; but ask Valeria for recommendations as both were awesome dining experiences! The room was clean and cool. The bed was comfortable and gave us good nights sleep. Again, I cannot overstate how happy we were with our experience and if in Rome again, I would make this our place.

Perfect location for the collisseum, 10 min walk. Less than 10 minutes to a tube stop. Bedroom was spotless. Fridge in room, minimarket nearby that has a wide range of stock. If you just want somewhere clean and quiet to crash this is a good option. Termini is a 20 minute walk or two stops on the tube.
