Better than expected. Ideal for overnight stay. Close to motorway and inexpensive petrol station. Ample free parking. Some restaurants in walking distance. Very good breakfast, better than in many four star hotels. Really pet friendly.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Rennschuh. The room had everything I needed for the night and the staff gave me great tips on places I could get food later in the evening, as well as helpful directions for finding my room and other things in the hotel. I would stay here again!

Good stay. Nice to have a pool. Room cleaned only every second day. ie no service during our 2 day stay. But not worried for the price (very good). Good bar in the evenings.

6/10 Good

The hotel is fine, rooms ok and clean, no specific complaints. If you have allergies, important to request allergy friendly room and appointments in advance, as they use traditional featherbeds.

10/10 Exceptional

Clean, easy, generous for the price! Breakfast, wifi, sauna and parking included. Friendly reception staff. Hearty breakfast (although very few vegetarian or gluten free options besides fruit). Comfortable bedding, clean bathroom. Would have been nice to have coffee or kettle in the room, but otherwise a very good value and pleasant stay!!

Good value for the money. Bit far from town but for some people it makes sense if they are travelling further and just want to stay overnight.

10/10 Exceptional

This was a wonderful place to stay. We had a three-bed room, which was a little crowded, but we really only needed to sleep there, so it worked for us. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. Everything was very clean and the staff exceptionally friendly.

8/10 Very good

Nice location for a stopover while driving through Germany, very decent breakfast, gas station nearby and close to highway, quiet, very clean and plenty of space for free parking. The bed was kind of stiff for me (but my gf liked it) and pillow was too soft.
