Gut war, dass es eine Sauna und ein kleines Schwimmbad gab. Nicht so gut hat uns gefallen, dass die Klimaanlage an andere Zimmer gekoppelt war und deshalb nicht immer funktioniert hat. Leider konnte auf Lebenmittelunverträglichkeiten nicht reagiert werden.

Super spacious, staff great especially Erlan price

Room very spacious and arguably one of the best deals in Astana. Super friendly staff especially Erlan at the front desk. 15 min ride to the center of actions and to most monuments. Tiny super market across the stress so convenient to buy snacks, drinks or cigarettes but not much nor many restaurants near by. Great deal will come back if I’m due to travel back to Astana.

An average hotel - but terribly rude staff!

Arrival in Astana was the first ever, so I relied upon the transfer service organised by the hotel. This consisted of the Kazakhstani Uber service meeting you at the aeroport. The car was relatively new-ish and pleasant - although very hot. Having never been, I accepted to pay the hotel what they charged - which seemed to be quite a bit more than if you organise the journey yourself. I did. The price was 5000 Tenge from the hotel to the aeroport. Customer Service was a concept lost on reception there. I was informed that I would be upgraded from a Single to a Twin Room. My protests that I had booked and paid for a Double Room were met with rebuttals and denials and an attitude in expression, that I was being awkward. Looking through old messages to prove my booking - and what I had paid, took a little time. Having successfully demonstrated that there was no upgrade - but an attempt to change my room to lower spec., the receptionist did not apologise. The room had poor quality and decrepit fixtures. Things like toilet paper had to be requested and were met with sneers. Another receptionist insisted that did not speak Russian but English, and it turned out her English was wore than my Russian. She criticised my English pronunciations - I am a native speaker! She lacked suitable language or customer service skills to be in a such a position. Internet was slow and often went down with little assistance from staff when help was sought. An average place with below average service

Nice, clean, great location.

Hotel is right next to bus route 10 stop which goes directly to the airport and passes by most of the city's main attractions. Nice staff with decent English. They will store your luggage if you arrive early. Rooms are secure, clean, quite, with nice firm bed. Fantastic clean bathroom. Did not have faith that toilet could handle flushed toilet paper, so went Mexican style and used the basket next to it. Breakfast selection is decent, but not great. Highly recommend. Bus lines stopping at hotel: 9, 10, 19, 23, 33, 36, 81.

good base for exploring Astana

About 2 km from railway station - easy to find, I chose to walk, having been on the train overnight. Early arrival so I paid extra for early check-in. Shower! Sleep! Very spacious room, I'd call it a suite, very good value for money. Clean & comfy. Tea & coffee always freely on tap from cafe area below. Decent breakfast. Astana is a great sprawling medium-rise city. Bus 19 runs every 10 mins from the railway station, past the hotel doors (bus stop is "Medical Institute") then away out 10 km south to the Mosque and National Museum - both must-see. 90 Tenge flat fare, conductor gives change.

Good Hotel for an excellent price

Quick stopover, you need a taxi to get you from the hotel to the museums and so forth but it had a great feel for a really good price. Receptionists could do with a bit more tourism training, they were both lovely and helpful but some leaflets and more local knowledge would be great. Also they really need to sort out a good taxi firm.

Very comfortable hotel -older part of the city

This hotel experience only added to our enjoyment of our visit to Astana. From the moment we arrived the staff made us feel welcome and went our of their way to help us with organising a personal guide and bus for an overview tour of the city. Initially our rooms were quite a distance from each other, but on request they changed that for our convenience.
