Perfect stay for us!

Hands down best stay during our Yucatan trip! Warm service with a smile 24/7, great place to relax as a family and dip in and out of the old town. Amazing breakfast choices and even helped us booked a restaurant we tried getting in but couldn’t. Clean and spacious room. Parking is good as well Everything about this place is great. Highly recommended and will def return

Not on the sea front as the name suggests….and not in town..

8/10 Very good

Although the location is not ideal for services such as restaurants or old world charm, the hotel is quiet and front desk calls taxi whenever needed. The Malecon is very close for early morning or evening walks when the temperature drops a bit.The staff at the hotel is exceptional in service and attitude. The breakfast which is included is first rate. The pool area is small but the pool is kept exceptionally clean.
