The property is stunning, blending modern comfort with a touch of historic charm, perfectly located in the heart of Split. The standout, however, was the exceptional service from Ana, the operator. She was incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond when we accidentally left our key in the room—handling the situation with kindness and efficiency. Great property with lots of character. If you want modern, generic hotel chain this is not for you. Lots of stairs and no lift but obviously cant be helped due to the old building. Worth the inconvenience to stay in such beautiful rooms. Really lovely roof terrace which is great at sunset. Located in a beautiful square just off the Riva (promenade), surrounded by some great bars and restaurants. Would definitely visit again.
