We had a wonderful stay at Palais Khum, and can highly recommend it. The position in the Medina is really good with no back alleys to worry about, and handy for all the sights and shopping. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the food is good. The general space inside is beautiful, with plenty of different areas to sit, a very inviting swimming pool and lots of plants, all adding to the lush atmosphere. A wonderful place to stay on our first trip to Marrakech, we will be back.

It’s extraordinarily clear that the staff want you to feel well cared for. The staff here went above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience. That said, just like most of the city - If you look closely, you see the cracks. The biggest bump in feeling completely relaxed was the presence of a dead cockroach in our bathroom ceiling lamp. Overall though, a very pleasant stay with some amazing humans that made us feel well cared for. Bonus points for the tortoise in the courtyard.

Come to Palais Khum

This is the second time that I have stayed here and was not disappointed. The location is excellent as it is just off the main road and easy access into the centre or outside. The hotel itself is clean and luxurious. We stayed in the the junior suite downstairs this time and it was clean and quiet. The bathroom was spacious and clean.

Superb location. Lovely room. Personable, helpful staff. Good generous breakfast. Delightful roof terrace on which to spend sunny mornings. Remember to look at shops nearby the hotel. Not all the good stuff is in the souks!

Charming old world Marrakesh hotel was a comfy stay

The hotel is in the old City and not accessible by car so transfering luggage can be quite challenging. It is also a far walk yo the souk gor shopping and dining. The premises are old and kept in very hood condition. The service is excellent. The restaurant was delicious. Very charming. The indoor pool was beautiful.

My husband and I booked this hotel for our 20th year anniversary. It is an amazing place and the staff is incredibly friendly. Very clean and we had everything we needed. The front desk staff helped us book excursions and those wre also wonderful. The only thing is that there are no phones in the rooms to call the front desk. Our first night I was freezing because I didn’t realize there was a heater in the room. That was my bad. Also, it is a bit hard to find the front door because the main entrance is in an alley but that is the case with all the hotels in Marrakech. We had the most amazing time and felt incredibly safe walking at very late hours in Marrakech. Can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful Riad with spacious rooms and wonderful decor. The staff are very kind and helpful with the surrounding area. The room (royal suite) was comfortable clean and huge. This place is definitely recommended but I would suggest eating out. The food and service in the restaurant was not good.

Otelin odaları geniş ve ferah olduğu gibi otantik bir tasarıma sahip. Sedirler divanlar vs. Klimaları iyi çalışıyor. Banyosu temiz ve geniş. Marakeş'te konaklamak isteyenlere şiddetle tavsiye edilir.
