Overall was good stay but the room seemed to be different from the one I booked. I booked a 3 bed room with space of a table and 2 chairs between beds for tea time, but looks like they replaced us with smaller room with 3 beds but no space for table and chairs. Other than this, other small service issues are fine with us, overall not bad but if it’s the original room we booked would be a better experience.

This hotel is a much better choice outside of winter time. The ice was more than two inches thick and it surrounded the hotel, which made walking really unsafe. We had some communication problems with some of the staffs with English. The room is spacious for two with two large suitcases. Overall the facility was clean. Parking was free for us. There was quite some walking to the center of Sapporo and to the nearest station.

Oets meer dan een uir voor de check in tijd kun je niet in je kamer die reeds gereed is. Eerste receptionist was zeer onvriendelijk. De amderen gelukkig niet. Hoop gedoe gehad met parkeren auto. Ik wou deze de laatste van drie dagen buiten hebben staan ivm vroege rit naar vliegveld. Auto moest en zou in de parkeertoren staan volgens personeel. Na 15 miniten zeuren eindelijk mijn zin. De volgende morgen bleek parkeerterrein buiten en niet vol en ook met kleine auto’s gevuld te zijn die dus niet in de toren hoefden

가장 아쉬운건 숙소내 쿱쿱한 냄새가 지속적으로 났기에 아쉬움이 큽니다 환기가 불가능한 부분이 큰거 같아요 이 외에 크게 불만은 없습니다
