Our stay in Kaslo at the Kaslo hotel was our favorite stop while road-tripping the Selkirk Loop. Kaslo is not part of the Loop but it was well worth the detour. The hotel has the best view of the Lake and the restaurant at the hotel was top notch. Rooms are clean, spacious with great amenities and the views are incredible! Our room had a wrap around deck that we enjoyed relaxing on. Best place we stayed!

The Kaslo Hotel has been nicely restored. The rooms are well appointed. The Staff are very friendly. We stayed in room 210, and were a bit startled with the sound of the elevator rumbling near our room. but since there weren't a lot of folks using the elevator, it wasn't really a big issue. Asking for rooms on the river side might eliminate that issue. Other than that, our room had a nice balcony and was very nice.

I love the Kaslo Hotel. It has incredible views - choose from mountain/street side or the lake (and mountains). You can't really lose. The restaurant is great and we ate there twice in 24 hours to try out their new breakfast service. Perfectly prepared both times. The gentleman at the front desk greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home. He also arranged for us the last reservation of the day for the big hot tub that you can book. We only had one night as we were coming through on a motorcycle road trip but will definitely be back.

Frank is such a wonderful front desk manager. He went above and beyond our expectations. Our room was awesome and the restaurant on site was fantastic. Everyone working on the property was so friendly and welcoming. We were visiting from Idaho and did the Ainsworth Hot Springs a few minutes away. We will be back to the Kaslo Hotel. Thank you!
