The rooms are large, with plenty of space, very clean, exceptional bathrooms and large king size beds. The location is perfect, just steps away from the forum, and great restaurants all around. Price is quite reasonable as compared to hotels in the area which often have small beds and less space in the room. We stayed twice, for two days each, on our 12 day trip in Italy. Would definitely consider staying again.

Perfect room, host was great. Walls were very thin, we could hear everyone walking and talking in the hallway. Other guests were quiet so it wasn’t a problem in our case.

The staff was very helpful when available but they were very rarely at the property. We had requested twin beds but on our arrival they were made up as a queen. Fortunately there was still someone there to remedy the problem but his availability was only a fluke of chance.

The Roman Empire guesthouse was in the heart of the city a few blocks from the Coliseum, and a very nice apartment. Check in worked well with keys in coded lock boxes. It was not set up for making meals but had great restaurants nearby. The location was great and the apartment was clean and modern.

Great room size. Laundry was not available on site. You actually have to go to a place around the block. AC was not working. At least we had a fan.

The booking process was easy, but unfortunately the place was not up to par. I will say the location is prime. The home itself had some issues. The sheets did not seem clean, the upper right hand wall of shower had mold and what looks like black mold starting, the Ac stopped working and when we reached out the host said they would check it after we left and for us to sleep with window open. Coffee maker had no coffee and no type of amenities in the room either.

The Roman Guest house was a pleasant surprise in the historical place. The whole place is renovated and is appointed with tasteful modern amenities. You get the charm of being in a rich historical building with all latest conveniences. Its centrally located in the Monti area and is walkable distance from the Train station terminal A and B. Nice eating and shopping areas all around. We had a little trouble with setting the air con but over all everything else was excellent. They had a drinking water dispense which was a great plus. Flaminia welcomed us by sending a song on Rome. I recommend this place. Thank you.

À quelques pas seulement du Colisée/Forum/Mont palatin et un peu plus de marche et on arrive à la fontaine et pleins d’autres bijoux en chemin. Excellent emplacement. Accueil courtois et on a vraiment pris le temps de nous montrer tout sur la carte du coin!
