The ideal hotel for Hoi An

We had a great stay. This was our third time at the Sincerity and, hopefully, not the last one. Hotel is well located, close to the Old Town and to the beach. Rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast is excellent. The staff is outstanding in all departments (cleaning, reception, restaurant). The bicycles, complimentary, could be better maintained, but it is really a minor consideration.

We were so well taken care of! Everything was sparking clean and the breakfast buffet was varied and delicious. The desk staff bent over backwards to help us figure out the city and what we wanted to do. The pool was adorable and a lovely oasis from the crazy markets.

Very good value for money. Very helpful staff. The staff on the front desk were lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful, they also spoke very good English. Very quiet location with free bicycle hire to get to the town and beach which doesn’t take long. The town is also walkable (25 mins). Lovely breakfast too.

All the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had a great experience. I hurt my foot earlier in the week and the ladies at the front desk (especially Jasmine) went above and beyond to get crutches delivered to me and to make sure I was cared for at all times… so sweet! I’d recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice hotel

Great hotel and super friendly, english speaking staff. They have free bikes that you can use to bike into the center of Hoi An or to the beach. There are also several nice spas w/in a few blocks of the hotel. Very efficient check in. They let us check in early and strived to accommodate. They also can easy arrange you a pickup from the Da Nang Airport ($15 from airport to hotel) and a transfer from Hoi An to Hue. Highly recommend and good value for the money.

Absolutely loved our stay. Not sure what star rating the hotel is but the service was what you’d expect from a 5 star hotel. Very warm, welcoming and helpful. The hotel has clearly tried their best to make guests feel comfortable. Shuttle buses, designated beach umbrella and chairs and great breakfast. I’ve read other reviews about shuttle buses being too full but we never experienced it. A special mention regarding the wonderful service we received from Flora, Snow and Win and other staff (including cleaning staff) from 30 Nov to 3 Dec who I didn’t get the names of. Highly recommend.

오래된 시설임에도 불구하고 깨끗한 편이었습니다. 침대도 쾌적했고, 에어컨도 오래되기는 했지만, 꿉꿉한 냄새를 없애주기에는 충분했습니다. 다만 조식을 먹으러 식당에 갔는데 첫날 샐러드용 채소를 집게로 집는데 날벌레들이 나와서 깜짝 놀라서 다른 것들만 먹었습니다. 그리고 직원들의 위생관념이 문제가 있습니다. 첫날 한 직원이 아래쪽 컵을 집어서 위로 올려놓는데, 음료가 담기는 컵의 안쪽으로 손가락을 넣어서 두 개를 붙여 잡고 올려놓는 것을 보았습니다. 그리고 둘째날은 다른 직원이 행주를 잡고 테이블을 닦던 손으로 곧장 포크, 나이프 등을 세팅하는 모습도 보았습니다. 그 포크와 스푼이 내 입으로 들어갈 걸 생각하니 기분이 안 좋았습니다.

The room was very comfortable, the staff welcoming and helpful, helping us to organise daily trips. The breakfast allowed for different food choices, and the massages in the spa were wonderful. The shuttle bus to Old Town made trips easy, and gave access to the many restaurants in the town

Hugh,Silvia,Winお世話になりました！ありがとうございました。［よかった点］・私は中学生にすら劣る英語スキルしかないのですが、スタッフの方が皆親切でコミュニケーションはなんとかなりました。英語が苦手な人におすすめです。・繁華街から少し離れてるので、とても静かです。車のクラクション音が聴こえなくて快適。・グラブを捕まえて乗る時も、混雑している立地ではないため、スムーズです。・コンセントはそのまま日本のものが使えました（勿論電圧は要確認）。ベッドサイドにもあります。［あまりよくなかった点］・五階の大きな浴槽がある部屋だったので、嬉々としてお湯を溜め始めましたが、半分くらいで湯切れしました。湯船に浸かるのは無理そうです。・ハンドソープが独特な香りで少し苦手でした。・朝食は西洋的な朝食のシンプルな構成です。ダナンのシティホテルの方が品数も豊富だったので、特筆して良いとまでは感じませんでした。［注意事項］ホイアンの市街地に、夜まで遊ぶ予定の時は必ず帰りのシャトルバスを予約した方がいいです。20:30頃に市街地からグラブを捕まえて帰ろうとしましたが、ドライバー皆がダナンに乗せていく客を狙っているため、近すぎるこのホテルに向かってくれる車が全くマッチング出来ませんでした。最終的に静かな夜の道をハラハラしながら20分歩いて帰ったので（何事もなくて良かった）必ず一番最後の21:00の便でも予約して行った方がいいです。

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Not only is this a beautiful place, but the service is absolutely impeccable! Big shoutout the Kein who made our stay magical. He always went out to make sure we were looked out for. It was also my birthday, and the staff left a birthday surprise for me in my room! The buffet breakfast is beautiful with a wide range of options. Had a massage at the spa that left me feeling so relaxed and also swam in the beautiful pool everyday! The hotel also has a shuttle to Hoi An Ancient Town and the beach that you can reserve for free which is so convenient. When you go to A Bang beach with the shuttle, you are taken to a Dolphin Beach Club where you have a private space with a lounge chair, towels and a shower. We spent our whole day there at the beautiful beach. THANK YOU Sincerity Hotel for making our stay so amazing! We will be back very soon!!

The shuttle bus into town or the beach was very useful. The hotel is clean, the staff friendly and breakfast was plenty full. The room was spacious and cleaned daily. I loved the swinging lounges by the pool and used the pool on a daily basis. Thank you and we will return.

Meget fint hotel med søde ansatte. Hotellet trænger dog til en kærlig hånd. Det er noget slidt. Huller i gulvet, solsenge der er faldefærdige, håndklæder som er med pletter. Og der er ikke mulighed for en drink eller vin efter kl 21.30. Der er slukket og lukket.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The staff at this hotel couldn’t have done more! The room was beautiful. Beds comfy. Pool Devine! Had a massage at the Spa and it was the best I’ve ever had. Oh and do t get me started on the breakfast. Wow!! There’s a shuttle from the hotel to downtown and the beach leaving often throughout the day. Highly recommend this hotel
