The room was not the best, the shower water come all the way out the shower. The rooms were small. The rooms were not beach front as we were lead to believe. You have to walk less than a block to the hotel pool and beach access. The hotel does have plenty of restaurants in walking distance.

I loved the soft sheets and the big pillows in my second room. I had issues with the first room and the staff took action right away and moved me to a different room. It was nice to hear the ocean during the night. The showers are very generous in size and clean and have hot water. All of the staff are very welcoming and helpful. I will definitely be there again.

En general es bueno pero en la habitación 15 no se puede dormir bien por el generador qué tiene a un lado, en cuanto al desayuno me tocó un día de huevo con acelgas creo, no estaba en buenas condiciones, los chilaquiles fríos, nada antojable el desayuno para mi gusto, en cuanto a limpieza me parece excelente, lo que si más vigilancia para los huespedes ya que dejan basura regada por área de alberca y playa, otro punto es la falta de estacionamiento qué no hay.

Hotel Star malo

Sin energía eléctrica por más de 6 horas el lunes 29 de julio. A los otros dos días la misma situación. La recepcionista se negó al reembolso, reubicación o compensación. Nada cómoda la habitación, colchones y almohadas plastificadas. El A/C no funcionaba al 100%. Ventilador ruidoso. Agua del baño salada (no tratada). Señal del internet débil e insuficiente. Canales de t.v. inexistentes. La camarista impertinente llamando a las 9 am para limpiar y hablando por radio enfrente de la habitación para molestar al cliente y apurarle a salir del cuarto.
