Die Eingangsbereich und die Flur bis zum Zimmer sind alle sauber. viel Staub in die Zimmer, den Zimmer ist nicht sauber und die Bettwäsche, keine Zimmermädchen kommt zu uns am nächsten Tag. Den Zimmermädchen läuft rum und wartet es wenn Aufenthalt von kunde beendet dann machen die den Zimmer sauber, ich hatte mit einem Zimmermädchen gesprochen dass ich möchte dass sie meine Zimmer sauber macht  sie antwortet dass sie krank ist und nicht machen kann Hmmm, am nächsten Tag treffe ich noch mal eine Zimmermädchen auf dem Flur ich fragte sie ob sie mein Zimmer machen kann und die Bettwäsche wechseln kann sie sagt sie ist nicht für das zuständig aber sie kann ja Bettwäsche für meine Bett bringen aber für die Kinderbett nicht, und sie kann das Bett auch nicht fertig machen sondern ich selbst weil das ist nicht ihre arbeit. Zweites hatten wir keine Toilette Papier haben wir vielmals an die Rezeption angerufen dass sie uns Toilette Papier bringt  kam aber keine bis ich trifft eine von die Männer die uns an die erste Tag geholfen mit unserem Koffer bescheid sagen und sofort hat er uns zwei Toilette Papier geholt also die Hotel ist sehr schön die Zimmer sind noch in bearbeiten, meine Zimmer Heißwasser und Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert und wir sind in einem anderen Zimmer zum Schlafen am nächste Tag wurde die klimaanlage repariert um ca 17 Uhr aber war noch die Warmwasser kaputt danach ist die Warmwasser auch repariert also unsere Aufenthalt war so la la normalerweise müssen wir

クレジットで支払いが済んでいるにもかかわらず、チェックアウトの時に支払われていないから現金で払うことを要求された。すでに払っていると何度も言うと、確認できた、大丈夫だと。すると今度は朝食代は含まれていないから払ってくれと要求された。 ここは利用しないほうがいい。

Not good value for money

The experience was terrible. Sometime, the water will not work for like 1hrs and you will have to call them to fix it. Sometime, the light will go off and when they return the light, your room will not have light, you will have to call them to fix it. The bed was horrible, I had body pain. I have paid same amount for better hotel in Benin Republic. Also, Wifi was not working well.

Not what I expected

The hotel looks great from outside and reception but my room was appalling for 4 star hotel. There was no water, wifi was on and off. One big towel and one small one. Fridge not connected , no kettle for tea or coffee. I was disappointed for not being allowed to swim in my own swimming shorts I brought . I had to buy one for cfx 2500.
