The entire place was amazing and perfect for anyone looking to spend some time in the heart of Catania. We stayed in a beautiful and clean property looking over one of the main streets with is brimming with people at night. Despite this, the room still stays remarkably quiet when the windows are shut. Amazing air conditions, tall walls, large bed and security. Highly recommend - we stayed in the Double Deluxe room

Historic building and legacy owners managing the property. The rooms were clean, and there was shared common spaces if you wished to use them which provide provided options. Lots of space, comfortable. We were greeted by Luciano, he gave us information and a warm welcome. Extra parking arrangements were made in a secure parking location. We were very happy with the edge of the ZTL accommodation and parking. Very handy. We would definitely stay here again!

we had a fantastic easter weekend in Catania staying at Lidoro B&B. Breakfast was via a discounted ticket from the host at a lovely local Sicilian Cucina - 2 minutes walk - highly recommend this as very good value and great food / service. The accommodation could not be in a better location, turn right and left and a few hundred yards in front of you is the beautiful Duomo. We absorbed every bit of the Catholic celebrations of Easter - it was an amazing experience. We travelled to Taormina and Syracuse / Ortegia on the train (we found the Italian trains great value and reliable - anyone from the UK - just use the train line app - brilliant and you don't have to validate your ticket). The host was extremely responsive and helpful, his pizza recommendation was excellent ! This was our second trip to Sicily, The accommodation is in a great spot on the second floor of an historic apartment block - it has a lift and is quiet despite being very close to the busiest area in Catania. We would definitely recommend and would stay again if we return to Catania.
