The only downside of this particular hotel is the lack of an iron in the room. As someone who travels frequently around the world, I've stayed in numerous hotels, particularly with chains like IHG, Marriott, Wyndham, Ramada, and Hyatt. These hotels consistently provide an iron in the room, which is especially important for travelers, whether they are there for leisure or business. Business travelers, in particular, need to prepare for meetings and events in proper attire, and having an iron in the room is essential for this. It was quite inconvenient to find that the only iron available was in the lobby, requiring me to take all my clothes downstairs to iron and then bring them back up. I strongly suggest that the hotel consider providing an iron in every room to improve the guest experience, especially for those visiting for business purposes. I will not be booking any more with your hotel, it's better to find another one that provide iron box in every room.

Primeiramente o hotel fica em uma avenida barulhenta e não tem janela anti-ruídos. Tinham apenas 3 canais de uma tv minúscula, toalhas que pareciam lixa e um dos elevadores não funcionava então no café da manhã havia um trânsito de gente descendo e outros querendo fazer checkout. Ao pagar R$ 20 reais de estacionamento o atendente da recepção perguntou se poderia me mandar o recibo por WhatsApp porque “demorava” muito “ para emitir na hora. Show de horror!!!

O hotel falta manutenção, no banheiro o ralo do chuveiro e a pia estavam entupidos. As toalhas com manchas. A garagem é muito pequena, é horrível de estacionar, meu carro precisou ficar no tempo, e mesmo assim paguei o valor do estacionamento. Não recomendo.

Zeladoria zero da propriedade. Prefiro nem comentar, ou melhor vou. Nem toalha de rosto tinha disponível para o hóspede e sem contar não ter uma televisão descente que no mínimo pegasse a Globo, a mesma tv alimentada por antena ar, sem cabo, a garagem que é paga a parte não deve ter visto uma vassoura desde sua inauguração, roupa de cama parecia trapo. Se numerar, vai faltar espaço, até pq na semana anterior me hospedei na mesma rede em Itapema que está de PARABENS ( IMPECAVEL ). Espero que a rede Tri olhe essa desagradável experiência e melhore, pois lá não retorno.
