Nice experience

It is small and cozy, perfect located near to every interesting place. Public transport very easy to get. Breakfast was good and the staff is very nice and kind. I highly recomended.

Cosy hotel with central location

A hidden gem of a hotel, tucked in behind the Market Square. Room was small but absolutely fine for a solo traveller. I slept amazingly well in this hotel. So quiet, while also being very central. The only negative was that breakfast had to be booked in advance for a particular time and wasn't available until 8.30am.

Best location in town! Close to everything we wanted to see, but on a calm street. The room was good - the bed was perfect! Thank god for the fan that we had in the room, because it was really hot in Bruges the room got reeeally hot! Thanks to the two windows and the fan, our nights were cool and comfortable.

Very nice quaint place to stay for a few days in Bruges! This hotel is older but well maintained and cute, and the staff was very helpful. The room had everything we needed for a few nights. Though we didn’t have breakfast, it smelled great! Be aware there is no elevator so you will have to carry baggage up the spiral staircase (we knew this).

The property does not have elevator which is not indicted in any way in the description. Help is only available if gentleman is available at the property. Otherwise you will have to carry your stuff to the room through spiral stairs. Rooms have unpleasant environment and finishing. Bathroom is fitted inside the room which reduces space. Small tv is installed well above on the wall that you can watch while laying on the bed. Bed headboard side have dirty curtains which appear not have been cleaned. The property displays “hotels.com” rating as 8.6. It looks like that hotels.com has never tried to verify information before offering property to public. Overall my experience was totally negative.
