Excellent location. Less than a half block away from plaza principal. The staff at the front desk were not very polite. Our check in time was 3pm, room was not ready. They stated it would be about another hour or so, and that they would call when room was ready. Never called. We went to have lunch and came back at 5pm but not sure when room actually became available.

Se inundó todo el baño hasta el cuarto, la regadera estaba tapada. Le comenté al gerente y sabía del problema de antemano , y así rentan la habitación. Excesivamente caro . Tampoco cuenta con ninguna amenidad

Fue una buena experiencia, la atención de asesoría turistica muy buenos, la recepción impecable. En areas de oportunidad esta el 2do y 3er pisos sin elevador sin hacer consulta de restricción para menores o mayores de edad con restricción o por seguridad. El cable de la TV no estaba funcionando, tampoco se expuso. Las instalaciones en si muy agradables y autenticas del concepto. La alberca es muy fria, es propia para asoleadero pero no recreativa. En restaurant la comida es buena, el servicio muy variado, algunos meseros con mucha disposición y otro nula. La ubicación es privilegiada para conocer el pueblo caminando y muy practica para salir a la ruta de los atractivos naturales.
