The hotel, amenities and breakfast are very good. What we did not like was that it is located right be the Dutra freeway. The window handle of our room was broken. We informed the front desk and they said they would check it out. Early in the morning we were woken up by the noise of trucks outside our room. We booked for 2 nights, but even before we checked in we said we would only stay one night, and not two as booked. Upon our check out we received the billing statement from the hotel with the charge for one night. Now, nor the hotel or Expedia want to issue a refund. Disappointing.

O hotel tem excelente equipe de funcionarios e esta reformando os banheiros. Nosso quarto com banheiro novo e foi muito bom. As tomadas do quarto estavam sem funcionar e por isso nao usamos luminarias e carregamos o celular no banheiro. O cafe da manha era composto de produtos industrializados como iogurte colorido, suco artificial e paes brancos.
