Room was clean, within walking distance to concubine lane, abit hard to reach out to staff even during work hours, reception is not 24 hours and there's no assistance after working hours. I had extended one day of my stay and I requested for another towel as the shower area flooded and I was told I cannot have another one because re-checked in today only. Suggest the hotel could do a one for one exchange for towels in case there's really an urgent need to use it instead.
