It’s a great place for a couple of nights. The rooms are upstairs so be prepared for a hike, the staff were awesome helping tote our suitcases up and down. It’s overtop a pub which has decent food and drink. It is centrally located, a few blocks to Donegal square where you can start the hop on hop off as well as meeting spot for lots of tours. Overall I recommend

This hotel is a find. We had a large bedroom with a very large bathroom. Everything was comfortable and clean. The staff were very welcoming and couldn't have been more helpful. The bar downstairs is excellent: good ambience, tasty snacks. The hotel is conveniently placed- directly opposite is Botanic train station with links to the Titanic quarter and Central station. Excellent value for money.

Nice size room on floor 3, could not hear any noise at all. We arrived early and were able to store our bags in a secure room. The room had all the amenities needed for our 2 night stay and was cleaned and towels changed. The bar was busy with people eating and drinking, we managed to get a table outside both nights and had a few drinks! We liked the hotel, all of the staff were very helpful and we would go back.

Self check-in very easy and room easy to locate. Room as expected and bed very comfortable. The rooms are above a bar but on a Wednesday night there was no disturbance. The road is busy 24 hours a day so expect traffic noise. Perfect location for The Empire and a few nice restaurants around. Would definitely return for a concert in the Empire.
