Fantastic family stay! Highly recommend. We stayed as a family of four and were incredibly impressed by the entire hotel. Our room was both spotlessly clean and very spacious, giving us plenty of comfort. The swimming pool facilities are excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed using the sauna and steam room. The staff are very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. We will definitely be back!

AC worked on the hottest day of the year. The staff was super helpful. They comped our parking due to long check in lines. Fab location. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was well maintained and the staff friendly. We have the Junior Suite which was perfect in the extremely hot weather - as was the air conditioning. Secure parking worked well but their EV charging points are all untethered so don't forget to bring a cable.

Really conveniently located with excellent spa, sauna and pool facilities. Most of the attractions were walking distance of the hotel with lots of choice of places to eat. Lovely breakfast. Would go back again 😊

A nice hotel, very clean and Friendly staff. Breakfast was ok, a little limited and food ran out fast without being refilled. The rooms were comfortable however asked twice for extra pillows and nothing turned up. Also bulbs in lamps not working. Batteries in remote for tv not working. Swimming pool and steam room was amazing. Perfect location close to everything.

Nice hotel, no hot tub, kids use the small pool for swim lessons. Steam and sauna good. Staff great and helpful. 8th floor bar needs some work. No atmosphere and balcony area seems neglected. Other areas really nice.

6/10 Good

The lift is very stressful with the amount of traffic! I used the other one and got stuck in it!!!! I was petrified. The room at night was noisy with booming music even when I asked for a quiet room I but eventually fell asleep because I was tired. The air conditioning light was bright even when dim! Silly place to put it! The breakfast was fantastic - made the whole stay!!!! I paid a lot for this room so expect perfection!!!

Really nice hotel in great location. Stayed for a couple of nights with my husband and two daughters. We all really liked the hotel and made use of the gym and swimming pool. Great for families. Very clean, polite and friendly staff and all a short walk into Bournemouth centre. Also excellent breakfast.

The staff were fantastic, the room clean and spacious and the spa was small but nice. The restaurant was a disappointment. Understaffed resulting in long delays getting food and long queues getting seated at breakfast.
