Clean. Friendly staff. 24/7 front desk staff keeps the glass front door locked but they open it right away after ringing the bell. Safe box in room was also a nice feature. Less than a minute walking to Florida street which has plenty of dining and shopping options. Will return to this hotel again.

Stayed for only one night, but I have to say the staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful. The room it self was good for me because I just needed bed, ac, and bathroom. It was just a little noisy because you can hear the other guest on the same floor entering and exiting from their rooms. The hotel has the basic necessities but some of it can be dated, however it is still good place to stay.

We enjoyed staying here for 2 weeks. Although the property is old and the rooms do not seem to have been updated, the staff gets an A for professionalism. We felt very safe, as the front desk kept a close eye on the door. The rooms were cleaned as soon as we requested. Also, to our delight, the beds were the most comfortable. We slept great every night. Breakfast was ready, plenty, and acceptable. We would stay here again.

Good budget hotel. Can’t beat the price. Breakfast simple as are rooms. Staff is friendly and helpful. Internet wanting in rooms and better in common area near lobby. The only other issue I had was it was noisy at times. Any noise in the hallway easily heard in room. Location is close enough to walk anywhere within Microcenter of BA and many buses run right by hotel. If you are taking Tienda Leon bus it is an easy ten minute walk. The ferry to Colonia is four blocks away. I would stay there again.

I spent only one night in this hotel. It is an old buiding with two elevators, which one of them only worked. My room needed an urgent upgrade. It was cold and the heat did not work. On the other hand, staff was nice, Internet fast and that’s it.

I thought it was great value for money. The staff including cleaning were very kind and helpful. When I was checking out, one if the cleaning staff rushed down from 13th floor to give me something I had left behind which I really appreciated. The room was basic but adequate and there was a nice view out of window. The only negative thing was the Wi-FI and maybe if there was an english news channel on TV. I would really recommend staying in hotel, warm, friendly and great value for money (including breakfast). Staff especially very helpful and also was able to store bags for 5 hours after checkout and hotel had arranged taxi for airport.

Great location. Breakfast was nice. I liked having water available in the fridge. Check in went poorly. The gentleman at the front desk had not a word of English and I have very basic Spanish. I could not understand what he was trying to ask and he was asking for a lot of info. This should have and could have easily been done with an on-line check-in option. At least have a little spanish/english chart employees can point to for the basic info needed. I had just lost my wallet in my taxi to the hotel and the man at the desk was of absolutely no help and not even sympathetic.

O hotel fica super bem localizado, muito perto da Galeria Pacífico, Florida, restaurantes, bates, mercados etc. A equipe é bem simpática e prestativa. As camas são confortáveis e o banheiro tem um ótimo chuveiro. Tem frigobar e cofre nos quartos. A limpeza é boa. O café da manhã poderia ser melhor: poderia ter mais opções como granola, yogurte sem açucar etc. Tem torradeira, mas não tem sanduicheira, ou seja, nao tem como fazer, por exemplo, misto quente etc. Mas o hotel tem um bom custo-benefício.

O hotel é muito antigo e não foi atualizado, mesmo que fosse somente por dentro, os quartos são muito pequenos e a cama é dura. O piso do quarto é carpete já bem antigo. A iluminação deixa a desejar e faltam tomadas. O café da manhã é muito fraco, com poucas opções e repetidas todos os dias. A localização é excelente. Não gosto de criticar mas quando é necessário, deixo da minha parte uma opinião sincera. da

Hotel básico, estilo europeo antiguo pero cómodo y muy céntrico. En el pleno corazón del microcentro y Galerías Pacifico. El desayuno también básico. Para poder hacer check in y abrir la puerta de su habitación debe bajar un app a su celular lo cual los que no usan celulares o los atropella la tecnología podría ser un inconveniente
