Overpowering Dog Smell

Seneca Falls is awesome, everyone at the motel was nice and the room was cute, but there was a guy shouting in the parking lot who appeared to live there, and our room smelled strongly and sickeningly of dog. Not so clean.

This place was a dump. I rented a renovated two bedroom and received a disgusting one bedroom. Extremely unhelpful and refused to give me a refund when they could not accommodate a two bedroom

Not worth the price you pay

To begin, a mess outside bc they are refacing and remodeling everything, I assume. The room wasnt taken care of properly b4 had. I cleaned the filter, jet tub, the bathroom floor. Also, did receive anything about the wifi. Was unable to get information via message. The floors were unfinished, the fridge wasn't wiped out or even running. No bothered us tho. It seems a few familys are living at property. So, thats why I say that.

No frills stay

Staff super friendly. Not the best condition hotel but works as a cheap quiet stay. Rooms look newly remodled. Wish outside was as decent as inside.

The manager was helpful and pleasant. The property appeared to be temporary housing, possibly section 8. Three rooms with two beds each had been reserved but only one was available. A second had sofa bed.

When I went to check in lady at the front desk told me I didn’t have a reservation. Chatted with hotels.com and they got it straightened out. Outside isn’t very appealing. But room was great.

Nice Experience, Friendly staff

The property is in the process of having some renovations completed. This did not hinder our stay at all. This is a traditional hotel with doors opening to the parking area. The room was clean and well maintained. The carpet is a bit dated, but it was clean. Very nice family running this hotel. They allow dogs with a slight fee but no cats. I would recommend it to someone looking for a clean room in a quiet town.

First off...not a hotel! Its a motel that seems to be a half way house of some sort. Bathroom was clean, but i wish people understood that walls, doors, coffee pots etc are all a part of the room. They need to be wiped down as well.

Room was clean and cleaned daily. No tissues in the room. Bath towels very small, thin and rough (not soft or plush). Door needed paint. Manager looked after my boat (advised us of accessory power on). Acceptable and convenient. I would come back.

After entering the hotel we decided NOT to stay there. It was like a welfare hotel. Very creepy. I m surprise you list such a place on your website. We had to find another place to stay and still got charged for this dump. I never had any issues booking through your website but I will be cautious from now on.

Pleasant owner / operators.

The owner was very nice for check in and provided me an upgrade from my original reservation. This was a very nice gesture. The room was a minimalist approach, it did have a refrigerator and was a suite arrangement. The floors and the bathroom needed a little more attention on cleaning. It was tolerable. The bed was very hard and the A/C unit cycled all night. The second night was better as we used constant fan since it was cooler temperatures. And the bed although still hard was easier to sleep on due to us being exhausted from our daytime adventures.

Not great, just ok

The room we booked was not available upon arrival. My family of 6 had to separate into two rooms. Thankfully they had two rooms but were not close together which is hard with small kids. We were not charged for this inconvenience, which I appreciated. The rooms were musty with an odd smell and in need of renovation. The beds were not incredibly comfortable. It was quiet, and close enough to the National Park we were seeing. We were only there for one night and that was enough for us.

The hotel canceled my reservation

I arrived at 10pm the night before the eclipse, only to be told my reservation was canceled 2 weeks before. My hotels app still showed my reservation. After an hour with the app chat, I am told the hotel canceled it due to overbooking. Two weeks prior! After speaking to locals, they suspect tbe hotel canceled to upcharge last minute guests to take advantage of eclipse prices. By the looks of the place and other reviews, I believe that was the reason for canceling. Extremely immoral and unprofessional to cancel on a guest just to charge other people more!

This place gave me a very uneasy feeling. My husband and I was going to try to make the best of it, it was only one night. After checking in, we went to our room, we were looking around, found more and more things that were not okay at all. Terrible stains on every blanket/sheet, the smell alone was horrible, I’m not sure the room has ever really been cleaned, all around just not a good place. We do not like complaining and making people feel bad, so my husband very nicely went back in and explained to the worker/owner that we will not be staying, the worker agreed to check us out and give us a full refund because we were only there 5 minutes..never got a refund, they give a full run around..also was told by another person staying that we should stay away from the rooms that are weekly and monthly rentals, someone looking not well at all was trying to contact the police, no one would help her including staff..honestly I wonder if sex trafficking happens here..PLEASE DONT BRING KIDS HERE!! Not a good feeling!! Workers/owners do not care at all!

This place was awful. I rented a renovated two bedroom and received a dirty old room with one bedroom. When I asked for a refund, they said no and gave me a number that was disconnected when asked to talk to management. Stay away from this place!
