Comfortable stay

The property was well kept. Rooms were clean and garbage removed daily. Very nice having a small kitchen and Nespresso machine available. The only improvement I would suggest is having a reception area on arrival and to access for questions or supplies. Daily staff member was very polite and helpful.

6/10 Good

Generally ok. However, could hear everything in adjacent rooms (normal conversations). This was okay except when the conversations went past our bedtime. Kitchen was very small with very limited counter space. Host did respond to various requests (ie no shampoo or soap).

2/10 Poor

disappointing

The stay was disappointing. The accommodation had a musty odor, very poor hygiene and cleaning conditions, promised services were misleading, the host's service was disappointing, does not have a reception, does not have breakfast, does not have a swimming pool, TV does not work.

Absolutely amazing experience- we stayed for 7 nights- couple with a small child. The hospitality was one of kind, fantastic. Great apartments, spectacular views. The service was incredible, anything we asked, the owner went out of her way to provide. I would give 10 stars out of 5 if it was possible. Highly recommended and will definitely hopefully return soon.
