Great room and overall location, perfect for if you are needing to be in the south of Exeter. Would always stay here when visiting Exeter for the rooms, the food and the overall hospitality. Prices are extremely reasonable for the area and going for a room on the lower floors with a sitting area is a nice touch.

I’ve stayed here a couple of times and will happily stay again! WiFi is quick, staff are friendly, gym is useful (quite small, but handy), breakfast is lovely and beds are comfy! My only small disappointment was the bathroom was in a need of tidying up. Shower panel had come off and the shower cubicle was tired. But genuinely, it’s nothing that would put me off in anyway!

As an overnight stay as part of a long journey to Cornwall, we couldn’t have chosen a better hotel. The room was comfortable, clean and well equipped, with very welcome air conditioning. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional with excellent customer service training. Food at both dinner and breakfast was good value and cooked well. We shall definitely look to stay again when in the area.

Great stay again, lovely room with effective quiet air conditioning. Reasonably priced Ev chargers in car park. The seafood platter in the restaurant was excellent again. Staff very friendly and helpful. Will be back, it’s a great stop off on the way to Cornwall, only a short detour from there A30 but far enough away not to hear it.

The rooms were lovely, clean and spacious and the air conditioning was lovely during the hot weather. Breakfast was good, with a wide variety of options from fresh fruit, cereal, toast, pastries, hot cooked breakfast, fruit juice and tea and coffee. I do think the menu for the lunch evening food could have had more options and also the service could have been improved slightly. Although the staff were extremely friendly, unfortunately the service was quite slow, one evening we waited over 40 minutes for our meal. We had only been told about a long wait for the food after we had ordered our drinks and food, this should really have been advised as we entered the restaurant, not when we ordered. Overall it was a pleasant stay and I would return of ever in the area.

Fantastic value for money. Some nice touches for our dog in the room. Pristine. Ground floor has little sit out area which is good to have a coffee Staff super friendly and very helpful. For the price you cannot beat it. Good restaurant. Nice outdoor seating. On busy main road. Would’ve liked a king size bed minimum but we had a dog friendly room and so ended with a double. Way too small but ok for one night. Used to a superking.
