Convenient location right off of Highway 11, within 5 minutes drive of a fast-food plaza and a gas station. The motel is clean and very quiet, I could not hear any noise from next door even though every room was occupied. The owner is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely stop there again.

Nipissing inn was clean, the beds were comfy, it was close to a few nice beaches. We didn’t get to the hotel on our first night till almost 12am and the gentleman working was friendly and made checking in quick and easy.

I enjoyed my stay in my newly renovated room. It was super clean with a nice kitchenette. Also a peaceful area to sit outside and enjoy the nice weather. Close to the lake and casino and lots of choices for dinning. The owner was very pleasant and welcoming. Highly recommend the Nipissing Inn for your next stay in North Bay!!

The family room was what we needed for 1 night. It was clean and quiet but we arrived late and it was very dark as no outside lights were on. We had to use a flashlight from the truck to see our room number. It was uncomfortable.
