Great location, but...

Pros: Location is perfect. Nothing else to say about it. Hotel looks quite new as well. Friendly staff. Cons: Could hear everything happening in the rooms above and beside mine like baby crying, people walking, street noises... Breakfast was ok, but as it is Gramado I was expecting it to be better. One day they ran out of scrambled eggs and coffee in the buffet without noticing.

Hotel maravilhoso, arquitetura linda, confortável e muito acolhedor. Os funcionários são educadíssimos e prestativos, os concierges Patricia e Cassiano estão sempre disponíveis para dar dicas e apoiar na hospedagem e passeios. O café da manhã é muito bom, completo e saboroso. A localização é perfeita e a poucos passos da rua coberta e do centro de comércio e restaurantes de Gramado. Estacionamento pago R$ 55,00 a diária com manobrista. O unico ponto de melhoria é o sistema de calefação que estava desligado e o aquecimento se fazia pelo ar condicionado aquecido que aquece bem o quarto, mas resseca muito o ambiente, enquanto que o aquecedor central seria mais confortável. No demais, o hotel é espetacular e vale muito retornar outras vezes. Adoramos o mimo que ganhamos pelo aniversário de casamento, deixou a hospedagem mais gostosa ainda. Recomendo muito!

Esta foi a nossa segunda estadia no Hotel Cercano, e a experiência novamente foi muito positiva. O hotel conta com uma excelente infraestrutura, muito bem cuidada e adequada para uma estadia confortável. Mas o grande diferencial, sem dúvida, é o atendimento da equipe, que merece nota 10. Todos foram extremamente atenciosos, cordiais e prestativos, demonstrando um cuidado especial com os hóspedes. O serviço de limpeza e arrumação do quarto foi impecável, realizado com muito cuidado e eficiência durante toda a nossa permanência. O café da manhã também merece destaque: muito bom, variado e com produtos de excelente qualidade. Outro ponto forte é a localização. O hotel fica muito próximo da Rua Coberta e do centro de Gramado, o que permite fazer grande parte dos passeios a pé, tornando a hospedagem ainda mais prática e agradável. Por ser a nossa segunda experiência no Cercano, podemos dizer que o hotel mantém um padrão de qualidade consistente.
