We had a wonderful stay - the hotel, spa and restaurant staff were so incredibly polite, friendly and quick to help. The room was spacious, clean and had a fantastic view. The restaurant food was delicious and there was great choice and variety. Brilliant hotel overall and super for staying over after a concert at the O2. I only stayed for one night but will definitely be returning to this hotel. A beautiful building in a fabulous location, 10 minutes walk from North Greenwich tube and the O2. Everything about my stay was perfect, from the friendly, efficient check-in, to the plentiful and prompt elevators, the beautiful, well appointed and comfortable room with an amazing view… I could not fault a single thing. Room service and breakfast were excellent and check out was just as fast and professional as check-in. I didn’t drive, but there is a spacious car park which I will avail of next time after my traumas on this occasion with Avanti West Coast.
