I will give a good review. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I accidentally left my AirPods in the room, and when I called the next day, the receptionist informed me that they had been found and kept safely. I am very grateful, as I rely on my AirPods every day. > > The hotel was very clean—just a bit old, but great value for money. If you’re looking for a good, affordable hotel in Uganda, this is a great option, although it is a little far from the city centre.

8/10 Very good

The executive rooms are nice, but did not have a fridge or air conditioner. Their central water heating works poorly or not at all, and you have to leave the taps running for 10-15 mins to get hot water. WiFi connectivity is also very po.or
