The bed was quite large, and the food was good, though complimentary drinks weren't included with dinner. The pool and water slides were great. However, the numbers on the indoor A/C controls were worn off, making it impossible to tell the setting. The hotel is quite far from the beach.

We would especially like to emphasise the cleaning service, the room was always clean, tidy and very comfortable. The attention to detail has further beautified our stay. Lovely hotel with all the amenities you need and fantastic staff. Our flight was delayed 7 hours and by the time we got to checkin at the hotel it was 2:30am. The night receptionist was super pleasant, checkin was a breeze, Comfy bed, spacious room, nice bathroom and cute little terrace off our room. Highly recommend

Overall, we had a good holiday and felt that the hotel offered decent value for money. The reception staff were one of the highlights of our stay. They were always friendly, welcoming, and willing to help with various requests. The room, however, was disappointing in some respects. It was not as clean as we would have expected, and we experienced ongoing problems with ants. While the hotel staff were aware of the issue, they were not really able to provide a lasting solution. In the end, we managed the situation ourselves by only eating and having snacks on the balcony and making sure no food was left open in the room. The pool area worked well and was generally enjoyable. There were also plenty of activities organized by the entertainment team throughout the day, which added to the holiday experience. The shuttle service to Palma was reliable and convenient as well. One area that could definitely be improved is the breakfast beverage setup. It often felt chaotic, with juice machines and drink stations arranged differently. In addition, the juices were not chilled. Warm apple juice in the morning is not particularly appealing and did not meet our expectations. Despite these shortcomings, we still enjoyed our stay. The hotel delivers a solid holiday experience and represents good value for the price. In our opinion, it is a fair 4-star hotel, but it does not reach a higher rating.

Very clean and spacious

We stayed for 5 nights on a family trip and found the room to very spotlessly clean, comfortable and damage-free. The pool area is spacious and clean, towels are a €10 deposit. There is a separate kids area and the main pool doesn’t have a shallow end. We paid for half board and where breakfast was excellent, dinner time was adequate and lots of Mediterranean cuisine. We had assumed that drinks would be included for our half board meals but there was an extra charge, so be careful not to be caught out. We hired a car as there is nothing to do in the immediate area but Arenal is a short drive and Palma is easily accessible too.

We booked a family room and full board. When we ate lunch the first day we ordered a beer and a bottle of water. When we came back to the restaurant for dinner, somebody told us to pay the drinks from lunch eventhough we had full board. In Germany water is often inclusive when you book full board. We understood the request of the payment for the beer but not the water. Neither Expedia nor the Hotel wrote in the description that full board does not include drinks. Besides that the next beach is one 20 minute hike away and you may wanna bring bathing shoes because there is no way you can go barefoot in the water. The pros for the hotel are the pools with slides and the buffet in the restaurant. If you don't mind paying for all the drinks or to book all inclusive directly and just wanna have a hotel with a nice pool and you just wanna enjoy the weather then the hotel is okay. If you want more you should book somewhere else. The next shopping opportunity is far away, in llucmajor is just a supermarket.

Check in and reception staff were really nice. We arrived late so missed dinner. They added a dinner onto our last night instead. Rooms were big. Only complaint would be having to queue a lot. The bar queue was always extremely long. It could take 20 minutes to get a drink. One of the lifts was broken so there were always queues for the lifts and at reception there was usually only one receptionist on so you needed to queue for that too

Nice short transfer e25-30 in taxi. We were there for a short stay and had a lovely time. Food was fine, rooms were clean, good pool areas. It’s in a quiet location but we didn’t mind that. Our children loved it. Not many English speaking guests or staff but again we didn’t mind. We would return no problem.

Family holiday in Mallorca

The Hotel is a big complex, well equipped and organised, but the wifi was not really stable, there were exact points in the room where the signal was lower or sometimes no wifi. Overall the room was clean, but some common places in the hotel were not really often cleaned. The food was good and the staff was kind, but the staff on reception was moody and slow. Hotel preregistration made online but by the desk we need to fill out once again everything what was done online. The daily animation by pool and in the evening were well organised. Overall the hotel and our stay was good, I rate this hotel 8 out of 10.

Not worth the money

Room had not been properly cleaned - found an old used razor in bathroom and surfaces were dirty. I told reception and hey just said they would inform housekeeping but offered no remedy or compensation. I cleaned the room surfaces myself in the end. The room was above the restaurant area and the room stank of food in the evening. Did not feel like a 4 star hotel. Over 180 euros for 1 night was not worth it.

The staff was great and even helped us dig through the trash looking for expensive Invisalign that my daughter left in the dining hall. They had some food for us when we came in at 4am. However, the wifi didn’t reach our room and the air conditioning was not good. The windows didn’t offer good airflow either so we weren’t able to cool down the room that way. We were pretty uncomfortable in the room. The buffet was not good. The water went out while we were there but they were able to get it fixed as soon as possible. All in all I would not recommend this property as a vacation spot.
