Exceptional price and value ratio

We were at Abel Hotel with two small children. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Every day was the room cleaned, even the towels changed! Breakfast was every day served, although it was every day the same, but with wide selection. Location perfect, Yenikapi metro is 2 minutes walk away. The staff helped to organize airport transport even in the last minute. Very satisfied!

A diamond in the rough

The staff was very good. Breakfast was pretty good and the view of the Sea was a big plus. They have very low prices, so it was an excellent value. The room was pretty big and everything worked. The downside was the mattress and pillows were hard and not comfortable in my room, and I have low standards. Also the shower grout needs attention - cleaning or replacement.

There was a squished, dead cockroach on the wall, that evidently stayed there for a long time. We were put in a much smaller room than shown on the photos at reservation. We also saw living cockroaches on the floor in our room. The cleanliness is poor. The breakfast was good, location also good, staff pretty friendly but not helpful at all about the room situation. The neighbourhood is bad, even though it’s the center of the city.

bugün sabah otele 15.00 civarı giriş yaptık .Daha sonra kaza haberini alınca ailemden çıkmam gerekti.Kuzenim eşyaları alıp yanımıza gelecekti çıkış yapıp ama otel müdürü ve personeli olay çıkartmış.Hem çıkış yapmasına izin vermemiş hem de kuzenim bilet parası için para iadesini isteyince olay çıkartmışlar kuzenime.Saçma sapan el kol hareketleri yapılmış ve bağırmışlar.Otele girmemiştik bile daha ve para iadesi istedi bu sebeple ama kuzenime hiçbir şekilde biz yapamayız nerden aldıysanız orasıyla görüşün denmiş hoş olmayan bir üslupla.Abel otel personelleri hakkında şikayette bulunuyorum ve otel ücretimi iade edilmesini talep ediyorum. Bize çok sorun çıkarttılar. Saygısızlıkları kabul edilemez.Ayrıca oteli ben ayırttım.Rezervasyon ve işlemlerin tamamı benim adıma ama ben girdiğimde benden kimlik istenmedi bu suç kabul ediliyor yasal olarak kimliğimi istemeleri gerekir.Kuzenim de benimle kuzen olduğunu bile demeden sadece bu sabah ayırttık odayı diyerek odaya girmiş.Nerden belli benim tanıdığım olduğu ,kafalarına göre alamazlar insanları .Ya beni tanımasaydı ve niyeti kötü olsaydı.Sadece sabah ayırttık odayı diyerek benim ismimi vermis ve direkt oda kartı verilmiş.Bu kabul edilemez. Ve ayrıca bugün çıkış yapmama rağmen kağıda para iadesi olmamması için ayın 10 u girilmiş 9 u cıkmamıza ragmen.
