Unfortunately, our experience did not match the previous reviews. While the rooms appeared clean and tidy at first glance, there was a moldy, musty smell coming from the bathroom. The sheets appeared laundered, with a stain on one pillowcase. With the mold emitting from the bathroom, sleeping in this hotel would have made me sick. They require payment upfront at check in, before we saw the room, so we had already paid. We attempted to resolve the issue with the hotel, but were unsuccessful. While the clerk was kind, he said he could not provide a new room because they were sold out. And he indicated he could not provide a refund because I paid my credit card. We left the hotel and did not stay the night. I have emailed the management email for a resolution or refund, but have not yet received a response. My lesson in this case and advice to you, ask to view the room before you pay.
