A great place to stay near KL Sentral station and easily accessible through the shopping mall. Very friendly staff and a warm welcome, clean and comfortable rooms - always my first choice when I visit KL. The roof garden is a nice addition with a book exchange and great views.

Nice hotel and good value for money. Staff very friendly and location right next to NU Sentral and KL Sentral station. Rooms have TV’s with YouTube preloaded. The hotel has no smoking and no alcohol policy but there is a rooftop terrace with a smoking area.

A decent hotel in a greta location as it's across the road from KL Sentral station and NU Sentral. However, we had to change rooms as the first room had two baby cockroaches. Thankfully, the second room was cockroach-free. A/C was great, beds and towels were clean. They provide shampoo and shower gel but there's no handwash, only soap bars, so we bought one from Guardian (Malay version of Boots/Superdrug). The staff were very helpful and polite, customer service cannot be faulted there. Overall a decent hotel if you're on a budget, otherwise I'd pay slightly more for a better hotel.

Air conditioning was weak, we were give only one access door card but staff was kind enough to allow us to leave card in the power slot to keep the AC working while we are out. They are very accommodating with given us access to our room when we return from outing. Overall it a good place to stay for the value.

Basic, but good location, friendly reception.

Convenient location. It’s about 3-5 mins walk to KL Sentral Railway (via Nu Sentral) and a 1 min walk from KL Monorail Station. It’s more of a business hotel concept, convenient to get to places. Basic amenities, newly renovated. Love that they offer roti canai / telur and milk tea for breakfast if you choose the option.
