What a gem! Historical properties are great - when well maintained , and Kennedy House is! Comfortable beds, spacious rooms and friendly staff will guarantee we’ll visit here again. St.Andrews is lovely and was a great final stop on our Canadian adventure before heading back to the US. The roaming deer in the town were an added bonus.

We were very disappointed with this hotel. Upon arrival, we were told that the restaurant had closed permanently the night before, so there were no options for dinner or breakfast. The hotel itself is in poor condition, and it is clear that the owners are not investing any money to modernize it, or at least maintain it in good condition. It's saving grace is its location in the town of St. Andrew's, close to good shopping and a variety of restaurants, most of which were open.

Great location in the heart of Saint Andrews, literally in the middle of everything. The staff were very welcoming and couldn’t have been more helpful. We changed rooms, because of adding an extra night, and Dolores and housekeeping did everything they could to make it seamless, they cleaned the new room as soon as the previous guests left and by checkout of night one we were already in the second room.Lydia in the dining room was super kind and sweet. I even met the owner, although I did not get his name, he was super helpful. I would stay here again.

Interesting old inn, right by the waterfront. Pleasant and helpful staff, in room coffee was bleh and no breakfast offered. Room was quaint and comfortable, but no outlets for device charging.
