The location is good just in front of Tunjungan Mall. When we arrived at the hotel the front desk staff was unable to detect our booking even tho i showed him of the expedia booking ref no. The hotel staffs didnt do their job in preparing the day bookings prior to the guest arrival...it took about 20mins of our time when we arrived late at night from malang...tired and sleepy

Conveniently located in front of Tunjungan Mall, with McDonalds, Pizza Hut and KFC on the same side of the road. Rooms are just perfect for solo travellers, with a comfortable bed and powerful shower.

Good location just opposite TP mall, just a basic simple hotel, the hot water didn't work, water pressure was very low and don't even have a electric kettle, tea bag and cofee.

Ligt tegenover de beroemde Tunjungan Plaza. Oversteken naar de TP is gevaarlijk. Er is een brug en op dit moment is bezig met verbouwing van een lift. Medewerker is vriendelijk. Gratis koud warm Water Te vinden in ieder verdieping
