I was charged twice for the booking which meant 1 payment went through and 1 was pending for 11 days on my account with $700AUD on hold, it eventually cleared but very frustrating. The room was ok itself but the shower was full of black mould, the tiles were cracked, the shower tap was broken and the shower head hardly stayed still. The hotel needs a massive renovation it wasn’t nice at all
