Use key in door knob lock, not upper lock. FYI door locks automatically. Don’t lock the key in your room. If this happens to you, and it did to me, lol, the manager is the BEST and will help you unlock your room. Super friendly staff and comfortable beds.

I informed a front desk staff member that there was no soap in the men's washroom next to the eating area. He should have said thank you and checked the soap dispenser, but instead, he walked me to the washroom and asked me to prove that it was empty. I couldn't believe it! On the positive side, this lodge offers a buffet breakfast with bacon, which I rarely see at most hotels.
