The location was amazing!!!

This is a great property and location. In checking in I think they should include the address of check in office on all communications. Not far from actual location, but worth it. Room is in the heart of square with everything steps away. Kudos to the staff and making our stay awesome.

Excellent location for our stay in Florence! The hotel was lovely and all that we needed. There is a fridge we didn’t realize until we were leaving. Loved opening the windows to listen to the music at night. Will definitely reconsider staying here if I ever come back!
