Relaxing stay

My experience was fantastic. From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out. I traveled from Western Mass with an 11 & 8 yo to visit Buzzards Bay, the space was enough for all of us. The only thing that they complained to me about was how the heater would automatically turn on and off at times and would startled them. The breakfast choice were great and the area was always clean. The staff was wonderful.

Cold pool

The room was clean and the bed comfortable, however the pool was very cold. We reported it multiple times to the front desk, and saw other guests doing the same. They said they were going to warm it up but didn't happen. Very disappointed as we wanted to spend time in the water with our daughter.

Called to say i would be checking in around 5pm and was told when i called my room was canceled by expedia, yet when i called expedia they said it wasn't. I was so upset because i had to find a new place to stay as i need a place to sleep with young children, since i already arrived in the area. Beyond disgusted with the hotel but expedia did refund me back.
