I was told that they had me upgraded - the onl request I had was to be on the highest available floor in m room category. My wish was ignored and while checking in inwss told I had been upgraded to a higher category. I landed on the ground floor and there where holes hammered into the dry wall while the room only bemused with eh curtains closed. When approached my feedback to be moved was ignored, telephone wasn’t picked up and during check outlines even goldmine can’t get a proper invoice, as it would have been booke b Expedia - which is true but I specifically booked payment in hotel in order to not have invoicing issues

Ons verblijf bij Leonardo Hotel was ok. De kamers zijn ruim en ondanks de nabijheid van de snelweg hoor je die bij gesloten ramen niet. Het ontbijt is karig te noemen. Er werd nauwelijks bijgevuld (croissants waren voor 8.00 al op), bruine brood was lang op, geen verse jus. Op een zakenreis is een fijn ontbijt wel het minimale.

Didn’t like the shower. After using it the whole bathroom filled with water. Hotel was very rude trying to edit a room stay due to unforeseen reasons. Room service to clean room had to be ordered online and the staff didn’t clear cups or bottles belonging to hotel.

Top verblijf!

Zeker waard om weer terug te komen. Tijdens de check-in kregen we een upgrade naar een suite kamer en die was in 1 woord GEWELDIG! Kamer had een balkon waar je zomers heerlijk kunt zitten en boven een kleine woonkamer. Verder was het netjes en lag er een lief kaartje met een verassing.
