We stayed only 1 night on our way to Yellowstone. We arrived very late and front desk was already closed. We had some issues with code to unlock the door, but the staff answered the phone and came to help us. I loved the interior decor and room space. Great place to get rest, we arrived very late and left early in the morning feeling rest and fresh.

This was an awesome last minute option for us as we had to bridge a night on our business roadtrip. Felt clean and modern and we had beautiful views of the Tetons as the sun set. Hosts were super welcoming and helpful. Would definitely prioritize when back in the areas and come back here.

dont stay here

no staff in sight. just signs stating JET is contactless hotel service. No fresh towels/ washcloth service throughout four day stay despite voice messages and texts. people sleeping in vehicles in parking lot for several days apparently because no staff commonly on property. Will avoid JET in future.

Great alternative to very pricey Jackson Hole

Used that location as a base to visit Grand Teton National Park due to very pricey hotels in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Great views of the Idaho side of the Grand Teton peaks. Very good communication by owners for late check-in. We arrived very late and door code and keys were available. Nice spacious room with comfortable bed and a very large flat screen TV. Nice clean bathroom. Very quiet site. Very nice owners and staff. Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended

Disappointed that it was billed as a resort but wasn’t. There were no amenities—no toiletries, not even a hair dryer. No laundry facilities. No breakfast. I should have checked more closely, but it said “resort” I didn’t look at specific amenities. There was a mini fridge. There was a 50” tv, but the internet was so bad we couldn’t get anything but Fox News! Nice, clean, basic motel room.

We stayed here at the end of our ten day camping road trip around Yellowstone NP. We were tired and dirty and this was a wonderful place to take a great hot shower and a great nights rest. The only thing I was disappointed in is that we didn't stay longer.

Ski trip with husband. Likes: warm greeting by Biz, clean room, comfy bed: Dislikes: parking was icy and inconvenient to room due to old frozen snow and fear of roof ice ( roof was totally clear), advertised coffee shop was NEVER open during our 3 days, no coffee maker in room and no one in office, very noisy heater ALL night with random chirps, thought neighbors upstairs were going to stomp thru the ceiling on our last night. Nice guitar strumming in between the clomping and running! No hand towels and but we did have stained washcloths. Cleaning lady was nice. Not the “resort” we were looking for.

Bed was big, clean and comfortable and the tv was huge and brand new. The property was easy to get to right off the main road. And the staff were attentive and provided great hospitality. We disliked the other guests parking like idiots in the snow, too far from other vehicles but too close to fit our car in between. The bathroom was quite small and we could hear the neighbors above us.

This was seriously the worst place I have ever stayed and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The door to the room was a rotten on the bottom, everything in the room was old and it wasn't clean. We found a bug in the tub and a red bug in the bed. There was no boxspring on the bed so the bed was about two ft off the floor and everytime you turned on the sink water sprayed everywhere. The marketed this place as being great but it was for from it. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
