8/10 Very good

It was in a good location to walk to many restaurants and the Duomo. The room was fine, very clean. No view at all from our room, but black out shade was nice to have.

6/10 Good

Very good location, close to everything you need. Market, good restaurants nearby. I booked a junior suite, and must have gotten a normal room, because it was not big and nothing special. Air con did not work well at all, hardly any cold air. Room right across the reception, a litt bit awkward and you could hear people walking by and talking outside.

Excellent choice in the centre of Milan with several options for public transport around. It is not a traditional hotel, but an excellent choice. Easy to find as long as you follow the instructions they send you in advance. Very clean and big rooms, with all the necessary amenities, including great coffee. Fresh towels and cleaning every day - bath towel of excellent size (important as I am tall). Overall recommend.

Really nice location (about 15min walk from the Duomo). Reception can be hard to find but rooms are clean, with all the necessary in them. I would stay there again.

Brunfels Hotel is an excellent stay in Mainz. The beautifully charming atmosphere and rooms is what we loved. The breakfast is equally as incredible! We will be coming back.

The location is perfect. The room looked out onto trees at the back of the property and it was quiet for a downtown area. Extremely helpful and pleasant staff!

Good modern serviced rooms close to the Metro and Duomo part of Milan which is only a 5 minute walk

I’m giving 4 stars only because the checking in process without a reception was difficult even with instruction. Otherwise.. it’s a good place to stay. 15 Minutes walk to the duomo. If you are a light sleeper, the church bells every 30 minutes.

Great accommodation. Room was clean, modern, quite spacious and as described. Stayed one night and it was perfect. This is not a hotel but simply one of a view rooms in what appears to be a renovated office space . I read the reviews before booking and everything is as described. I had zero issues gaining entry when returning at 2am in the morning. Staff explained everything perfectly upon check in. You can feel comfortable booking this place.

Perfect for our needs.

Would recommend Serendipity Rooms to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, reasonably priced room within easy walking distance to the Duomo Cathedral and Piazza. Our only issue was with the dripping condensate from the AC unit, right above the entry door. We had to keep a towel on the floor in order to avoid a puddle. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
