Nice little cooking area and frig, plus outdoor grills and pool. The staff really try to make it feel homey for you. Very sweet people. Great area with a lovely little downtown nearby with great nightlife and dining.

The new staff was super friendly and very helpful and accommodating! Check in was easy and checkout was also easy! We were informed the hotel has recently changed ownership and we hope the new owners will breath in some fresh touches and upgrades to this quiet, clean, and family friendly hotel.

The beds were comfortable and the accommodations were clean with plenty of room. The check in was fast and convenient and the desk clerk was friendly and suggested activities that were interesting and close. We definitely would stay here again

The floor was so dirty. When coming in from the pool used a towel to wipe floor and was completely dirty. Turned me off completely. Tubs also need to be washed out of soap scum. I did change all the sheeting on beds. It was my second time and the first time absolutely loved it. It is quiet. Beds are comfy, pool is fantastic aling with use of bbq.

Manager was unfriendly and rude. TV did not work in the first room, so we had to move. No ironing board or iron as advertised. If you book on Expedia and its noted you are paying a deposit, the motel no longer does that and you owe everything at the hotel.Only a few channels worked and you have to guess which ones. Beds are comfy. Pillows are good. Pool is clean and location is great. Would not stay here again though just based on servicw.

Clean, safe and accommodating. You can’t ask for more for a last minute booking. Only stayed one night, bed were comfortable, room was stocked- including a fridge, microwave and a little table and chairs to eat at. Recommend this stay, would come back again!

Super friendly staff and an amazing price for being so close to downtown Ogunquit and Wells. Rooms are simple, but clean and well-stocked. Nice outdoor pool area. Will definitely return next time we’re in the area!

Staff was very welcoming and helpful, offering restaurant suggestions and providing directions as well as following up to ensure our stay was satisfactory! I had left behind my ipad in the room and they promptly contacted me and made arrangements to send it to me. Motel was in an excellent location, close to beaches, seafood restaurants and Congdon's Doughnuts!

It was very clean and staff was friendly. We only stayed for a night so we didn’t use the pool but it looked really nice. I could hear people walking in the room above us and couldn’t sleep past 6am since they were just pacing back and forth which was annoying. No breakfast or anywhere to eat. The office is really tiny which is fine, but it was kinda weird because literally every surface was covered with weird cheap mass-produced jewelry for sale.

Check in went well. Friendly person. Liked the ground floor room. People above our room started moving furniture & stomping on the floor at 4 AM Sunday which continued until we decided to bag it & leave. Room wasn't as clean as we were hoping for. The sink had some dark colored substance stuck on it and the baseboards in the main room & bathroom were dingy & need to be cleaned.

The check-in process was unpleasant, as was the room. The stated check in time was 3 PM and I received a call at 2:30 asking if I was going to check in. I was in the middle of an appt., yet felt I had to take the call. Upon arrival, the same person who called me was at the front desk. I had my receipt from June, complete with my debit card payment, and the front desk person told me I never paid. He called someone and was apparently told to get my money. I asked him to sign the receipt, list his name, and all he did was print a receipt for my cash payment. He told me to take it up with Expedia. He was not courteous and never even said thank you. The room: the baseboard near the frig was brown and dirty, there was no water pressure in the shower, and worst of all we noticed flying bugs on the pillows. Disgusting & unhealthy. The heater was noisy all night long and the room above us sounded like they were stomping around.
