Like the name it's a dream to relax and feel right at home here...sure it's up high from the tourist scene and the noise down below...so you have to put up with the amazing views and the peace and quiet and the delicious breakfast, and if you need to get to the center of town you can get a lift from the host..or you can even walk down if you like..it's a beautiful place with a nice vibe..thank you!! It was a cute property in the quiet part of Selcuk. The view from the room was incredible! While the hotel is located across the train track from where most tourist amenities are, the hotel provides a quick free ride to and pick up from the center of the town. The gentleman who was at the reception in the afternoon and evening was so incredibly helpful. There is an ample parking space right next to the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Thank you for the great stay!

We stayed at the Villa Dreams hotel for several days. The hotel provided us with a wonderful idyllic place for our holiday: the mountains next door offered wonderful morning jogs, and attractions were a short distance away. The breakfasts were extensive and tasty. The soundproofing in the rooms was really good. The staff was happy to help, and a bonus was the car transfers between the hotel and the meeting point.

What a gem. Cute place with a wonderfully attentive and helpful host. He helped us with various bookings and recommendations and provided shuttle service into town. Breakfast was lovely. He even made us a sandwich to go when we had a very early morning departure.

All the essentials with attractive views over Selçuk and hospitable staff. Eser was particularly helpful. If driving from Izmir, to avoid ending up on rough and narrow lanes, disregard Google maps until you reach the main crossroads at the centre of Selçuk (where you would turn right for Ephesus). Turn left at that crossroads, and then follow Google maps across the railway line and up the hill from there.

It is a small boutique hotel located high up the hill in Selçuk. It was a little questionable when we were driving up to the hotel, but were pleasantly surprised once we walked inside. Eser checked us in and was wonderful! He was even nice enough to drive us into town for dinner and picked us up. The sunset from our balcony was phenomenal! The amenities include an outdoor pool in the hotel which was well maintained and has a lemon tree growing close by. We had breakfast on patio overlooking the city and had no complaints. Overall, the hotel far exceeds expectations and is only further recognized by the exceptional staff (shootout to Eser!).

Excellent family-run hotel in Selcuk. We stayed here for a night to visit Ephesus and other nearby archaeological sites and greatly enjoyed having Villa Dreams as our base. The room was nicely decorated, spacious, clean, with an amazing view. The staff was incredibly friendly, they went above and beyond to make our short stay comfortable. Highly recommended!

The staff at this property was amazing. Ibrahim was the nicest gentleman he went out of his way to accommodate us. Since the location is at the top of the hill with very narrow streets he drove us to the city center and picked us up daily. Quiet escape in selcuk

You need a car as the hotel is up on the hill, about 10 blocks from the center of town. You need to follow the route they give you to arrive by car as some streets are too steep, or actually stairs. We were on the top floor, the views during sunset are great. The breakfast is nice and they are very accommodating

We absolutely loved our stay. The staff were warm and welcoming, greeting us upon arrival and assisting with parking. The hotel has been nicely renovated. We stayed in the large family room with a private terrace which had a spectacular view of the Basilica of St John. The pool area was quaint and the pool very clean. Drinks and bar snacks were available, with food made to order. Breakfast was nicely presented, tasty, and traditional. If you’re expecting to walk, you need to be fit, but don’t fret if you’re not, as they provide a shuttle to take you into town where there are lots of dining options. They also collect you and bring you back up to the hotel. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel – it was peaceful, traditional and delightful. We will be back.

We enjoyed a wonderful night at Villa Dreams when we were in Selçuk! The staff were superb in getting us checked in, recommending places to eat and how to navigate the area. Google maps can pick some very steep roads but we were told how to avoid these roads which made getting there a much better drive! Our room was adjacent to the pool which was great! The water was warm as the temperatures were high but still refreshing after a few hours at Ephesus! The breakfast was great and the coffee was perfect to North American tastes! We had opportunity to chat with the manager on the day of arrival and the owner the morning we left. Both are great people and well suited to the hospitality industry. We would highly recommend this hotel! We were put into this hotel by our son who had stayed a few months earlier. He didn’t steer us wrong at all!

Th location high on a hill is why we booked. The views did not disappoint us! We loved the quiet non- tourist neighborhood. There are no other commercial establishments around. The pool was so refreshing and clean after a day in Selçuk and a steep walk back to hotel. The host and family and staff were all kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious but not over the top. People often come only to visit Efes and then move on after a day, nobody talks about how lovely the town of Selçuk is. I would encourage one to stay an extra day, walk around the town, visit the Saturday market, visit the cafes! It is wonderful! One of my favorite places in Turkey we have visited yet. You will be well cared for at Villa Dreams, and you will be happy to get respite from the voided at Efes. You can be relaxed and recharged if you take an extra day at this lovely Inn.

We had a fantastic three-night stay at Villa Dreams. The location is peaceful and scenic, set on a hill with stunning views over Selçuk and the castle. It was the perfect base for exploring Ephesus and the wider area. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely balcony to enjoy the view. The breakfasts were generous and delicious – fresh fruit, cheeses, olives, eggs, and homemade treats served on the terrace with that incredible view. Pure bliss. The pool was a perfect bonus to cool off after a day of sightseeing. It was such a relaxing spot to unwind in the afternoons. A special mention to Ibrahim, who manages the property and made our stay so easy and enjoyable. He helped us book taxis, gave great local tips, and even offered drop-off and pickup for our evening dinners in town. Nothing was ever too much trouble – he never said no to anything we asked and always helped with a smile. His warm hospitality truly made us feel at home. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and highly recommend Villa Dreams to anyone visiting Selçuk.
