A great option to stay in the centre of Venice. Rooms simple (no hairdryer, minibar or kettle) but the informaiton is visible in advance. AC worked well and breakfast, albeit with limited choices, was of very good quylity. The wi-fi connection was strong and password-protected. The only issue was with a lack of shampoo and shower gel, one small package for several days--the hotel could consider installing holders for liquid soap and shampoo to address this.

It he room was clean but very basic. No tv but there is a bible if you’re into that. The view from the room was canal but it was kind of a dirty section and out of the main groove It was a little on the creepy side with the religious figures and paintings but we were expecting it. Seemed like something out of a horror movie my son told me 😅 beds also super small and stiff Ac worked great! Breakfast was basic and what you’d expect in Italy for sure. The juice machine did not work, all very watered down. The staff was very friendly A few odd rules and threats of charges for things like towels on the ground and it’s reasonable to ask no food in the room. It’s very basic and if you plan to be out in Venice all day and don’t mind the somewhat uncomfortable beds and religious vibe it’s a good choice

O hotel é relativamente bem localizado, com recepcionistas educadas, muito limpo, ambiente agradável e silencioso. Alguns pontos negativos: a começar pelas respostas das avaliações dos hóspedes nesse site, que são extremamente rudes e de péssimo tom, zero receptivas - o que jamais deveria ocorrer. Segundo, camas extremamente desconfortáveis, que fazem barulhos a cada movimento e travesseiros baixos. Terceiro: Ausência de utensílios como secador, ferro, televisão, frigobar etc (o que realmente está no anúncio, mas considerando o porte do hotel, poderiam evoluir e incluir nos quartos.. assim como cama de casal). Quarto: Café da manhã simples, bem simples, opções limitadas. Quinto: Horários limitados de madrugada - o que para nós não foi um problema, mas acredito que seja importante considerar para os demais hóspedes que pretendem se hospedar. Sexto: Ainda quanto ao acesso ao hotel, quando saímos somos obrigados a deixar as chaves expostas na recepção, ou seja, qualquer hóspede que entrar no hotel, pode perfeitamente pegar qualquer chave que esteja a disposição - mesmo que não seja do seu quarto - porque não há qualquer controle de funcionário, ou seja, totalmente inseguro, considerando, ainda, que eles não se responsabilizam por qualquer item que suma de dentro do quarto (em todos os momentos que saímos/entramos, não havia nenhum funcionário fiscalizando as chaves).

Absolutely loved our stay here. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent. We had zero issues with our stay but heavy or large travelers may have difficulty with the bathroom layout. The sink and toilet are so close that you can sit on the toilet and also wash your hands. To get to the shower you have to side shuffle pass the toilet/sink. The shower is pretty narrow also. Despite these quirks, we would absolutely stay again. Location was safe and within walking distance to St Mark's Basilica (if you can follow Googlemaps). Very convenient that they allow luggage to be stored after check out. Easy walk from bus stop (we flew into VCE) and train station is also pretty close.

Somehow this simple room with a single twin bed and a shared bathroom ended up being my favorite stay during my week's vacation in Italy. Very clean, good breakfast and excellent location right next to Piazzale Roma and close to Santa Lucia. Be aware of the midnight curfew, which was not a problem for me at all. The kindest staff.

It was a wonderful hotel, the staff was kind and accommodating, the hotel was cute and well kept. It lost points for me because the light in my bathroom was broken on the first night, the solution was a lamp in the corner. It was promptly fixed the next day thankfully. The breakfast was a bit lacklustre, bread, meat, cheese and some fruit cake. It became quite repetitive after the first day. Still a decently put together breakfast. Overall the stay was very unique and a good location in Venice, close to the train station but quick to get into the popular parts of town.
