Fantastic location, wonderful breakfast, lovely staff. I stayed there twice during my stay - once by myself and once with my family - and the rooms were lovely. The only downside to the family room was that it overlooked the courtyard - which stayed noisy until late - and didn't' have air con in the main room so we needed to keep the windows open. Which exacerbated the noise issue! But choose a different room and it would be perfect - a great hotel

The room we stayed in was a loft. There were a ventilator and two small windows on the ceiling which caused the room to be hard to cool down and the air felt heavy. The housekeeping was successful, but the towels and some hairs and dust particles on them. The staff was really friendly. The breakfast was quite adequate nothing fancy, but just enough. The location was very nice and right at the center. Overall, I recommend.

Very nice room, clean and modern, with complimentary champagne on arrival. Very friendly and welcoming staff, with free mulled wine and coffee in the luxurious reception area when we arrived.
