All staff work very hard to please clients. Wonderful people. We can see a big efforts to please the clients. This is what I really appreciated.

My luggage was left behind in Cairo for the two nights I spent in Kigali. The staff at the hotel could not have been more understanding or helpful. They sent someone to get me a toothbrush and toothpaste, accompanied me into town to buy clothes and helped me to contact the airline as the airport staff would not give me their local contact details. I cannot praise them highly enough.

Highlights from a short stay

The staff is very helpful and kind, I can only say good things about the interaction I had with them. For the first time ever I also got my shirts ironed properly and at a very affordable price. The room isn't in great condition: very stained carped and stench of smoke. In my view, the restaurant is overpriced if you want to have lunch/dinner. Breakfast was decent, though.

酒店附近环境好，幽静，離市中心步行不遠，約廿分鐘，每天沿樹旁漫步往來市區與酒店間，非常舒適。且價錢不貴，值得。

Gave us what we needed for overnight stop on way to border. In centre of town so a bit noisy

Very nice staff - hotel close to the city

This is my fifth visit to Gorillas. There is always a warm welcome from the staff. The rooms are comfortable. The meals are generallly very good, particularly the breakfasts.

Great hotel staff

I recently spent a week in the city and found a home away from home. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel is a perfect place to relax after a busy day. It is a great place to have dinner guest as the restaurant does a great job with both food and service. I will look forward to my next stay.

Professional elegant staff located in city center.

This was my 5th stay since '11. The staff and location make this the best, secure stay in the city center. Tell 'em JD sent ya.

While the per night cost was good, for a three star I would have expected more in terms of comfort, cleanliness and engagement of the staff.

Gorillas

Gorillas was fine-albeit a tad pricey. Decent rooms, good hot water and good breakfast in a fine location.
