The staff are super friendly and welcoming. The airline had lost our luggage after our flight and the hotel reception was super helpful in ensuring they assisted and followed up. Overall it was a pleasant experience with a fun and friendly atmosphere.

Air conditioning did not work, so we had to leave our patio door open at night to keep room below 25degrees Celsius. As a result, very noisy. Bed had a huge sag in the middle and bedding is worn and rough. Rooms need major updates.

Otele girişte güler yüzlü karşılama yaşadık biraz erken giriş olduğu için odamız hazır değildi ama oteli gezip ögle yemeğine veya pastanede yiyebilcegiz söyledi yemek sonrası odamız hazırdı oda büyüklügü güzel ama biraz modern hale getirebilir temizliği güzeldi havuzu çok büyük kendine özel beach var o bi başka güzel 4 adet barı var lobi bar beach bar pastane bar ve kumsalda sınec bar var ama özellikle lobideki gözlüklü mustafa kardeşim bi başka güzel içecekler hazırlıyor Hindistan cevizli mavi koktey bi başka güzeldi. Yemekler üst seviyedi kavaltı ögle akşam olarak restorant açıktı manzaraya karşı yemeğinizi yiyorsunuz ve çalışanlar çok ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Yemeklere geç kaldım diyip üzülmeyin kumsalda sınec restorant daima çok lezzetli yemek ve atıştırmalarıyla ücretsiz olarak menüden siparış veriyorsunuz. Dönemle alakalı olabilir ama biraz etkinlikler azdı. Sonuç olarak mükemmel bir tatil yaşadık çalışan arkadaşlardan tutun yöneticilere kadar çok teşekkürlerimi sunarım gideceklere şimdiden iyi tatiller

Eskinin her şey dahil otellerinden, otel biraz bakımsız kalmış. Hali ile de her şey dahil konsepti olduğundan restoranlarda büfelerde sıralar var. Plaj sezlongları ve odalar eskimiş daha yenileri ile değiştirilmeli. Otelin cmt akşam eğlencesi güzeldi. En çok onu beğendik. Ala carte restoranlar rezervasyon için otelin müşteri ilişkileri denen bir masasında saat en geç 9:20-9:30 itibari ile sıraya girmeniz gerekiyor. Toplam 40 dk sabırla sıra beklerseniz güzel yemek yiyebilirsiniz o da sadece konaklamanız boyunca 1 kere 😂

Öncelikle denizi gerçekten mükemmel. Dalgakıranlar sayesinde her saatte sıfır dalga var çarşaf gibi tertemiz bir deniz , hemen derinleşmiyor zemini %90 95 kum , çok çok az küçük taş var çıplak ayakla rahat giriliyor. Su soğukluğu ideal. Atlama ve merdivenle girme için iskelesi güzel. Yemekler premium diyemem ama lezzetli seçenekleri seçince keyifli kesinlikle , çeşit çok ancak genel kalite de biraz daha artmalı. Yorumlarda sıkça olan klima ve rütubet sorununa gelcek olursak evet bina eski , odaların içi o eskiliği hissettirmiyor , bizim odamızda rutubet yoktu. Ancak klima gerçekten de yok gibiydi , merkezi klima yerine standart oda tipi klimaya geçmeli otel kesinlikle. Ya da merkezi klima iyi çalışmalı. Biz temmuzda gitmemize rağmen hava sıcaklığı 32/25 dereceydi gündüz/gece o yüzden klimadan çok sıkıntı çekmedik ama 35+ havalarda gerçekten mahveder. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü yardımsever.

Fantastisk miljö, stora rum, mysigt med balkong mot poolen, fin pool, god mat, god atmosfär, det kändes lyxigt med de olika restaurangerna - Personal behöver jobba med attityder gentemot gästerna, man SKA känna sig som nummer 1, vilket jag inte gjorde alltid Städning av rummen var inte ok, jag hade spillt dryck på bordet på balkongen och tänkte att ”det torkar städerskan bort men det gjorde hon inte, smutsiga fötter efter att gått på golvet, tomma schampoo och duschflaskor kvar i duschen efter städning, ingen påfyllning av vattenflaskor.

The reception gave me wrong information that costed me on full day of waste driving around to different police stations. This on a two day stay at the hotel. When I informed the reception about this they asked if I wanted a late checkout which is not a satisfying reply. Also forgot a bag in my room that was never returned/found. Called several times and took almost a week to get answer. So unfortunately not a memorable experience.

Absolutely not a 5 stars hotel at best this can be 3.5-4 stars it’s I think 16 years old everything is old omg .. we booked a foot massage at the spa their spa is a joke definitely not 5 stars level I’ll just mention two good things we the rest doesn’t meet 5 stars requirements Food buffet is good It’s close to the town a walking distance The rest is all negative

The resort has a nice layout and decent facilities. Staff is very friendly throughout. From the reception to the restaurants and other facilities. Only complaint is the air conditioning in the room. Room gets steamy and hot in the middle of the night and there is not sufficient cool air circulation.

Very good stay overall. Disappointed the all inclusive process was not explained on check in as cost us an a la carte meal as no reservation was made on the first day. Buffet decent. Midnight snacks were not appealing. Pool and beach is fantastic. Water slide hours reduced for coronavirus.

Nous avons passé un super séjour. La nourriture est excellente et varié les cocktails aussi, les activités sont super, les animateurs ainsi que les serveurs sont très professionnel, le cadre est vraiment magnifique. Les chambres sont vraiment belle est grande, cependant le ménages pourrais être un peu plus minutieux.

This hotel is NEVER a 5 star. Service is almost non existent. Queueing at all bars . No waiter service. Staff unhelpful to the point of being rude. Food was the worst I have experienced in many years. The best thing about La Blanche? Leaving it!!
