I had originally booked a large room with living area as there were 5 of us traveling. The room had 2 queens and 2 twin beds. Some time after booking, the owner asked me if I would switch rooms and sold me on 2 rooms. When we arrived, one of the rooms was not cleaned yet. They asked us to wait as they "cleaned" it. The cleaning took 10 minutes. When we were shown the rooms, I was very disappointed. One king bed, one queen, and a futon. Definitely not the same space as I had originally booked. But, that is my fault for agreeing to the change. The rooms were full of pet hair. On the bed spreads, all over the futon, on the floor. We had a dog with us, which was part of the reason we stayed there, but I expect them to clean up betweeb guests. We would have left immediately, but it was the 4th of July holiday and we had just driven a long way. Our options were very limited. We had booked for 2 nights. We stayed the first night only to use the time to find another place to stay. There is no air conditioning, only fans. Which wouldn't be a huge deal in Colorado, but they also don't have guttering around the building. So, with the window open, all we could hear all night was drip, drip, drip off of the roof onto the awning over the deck. My daughter dropped an item on the floor and when she picked it up, her had was full of dog hair. Thr doors to the rooms have no way to lock them when you leave, leaving your belongings unsecured. We ran out the next morning.
